Training and experiential learning grounded in behavioural science, in one 40-hour programme.
Only need some of it? Each is bookable on its own.
Why one programme
One programme. Shared foundations. Less duplication.
Shared foundations
The same behaviours sit under stress, scams, AI and new ideas, so each skill is practised across several areas and carries further than a single course.
One to buy, run and measure
One supplier, one schedule and progress measured before and after, instead of several trainings that overlap.
Lower delivery risk
Built from programmes already delivered with universities, organisations and government.
Compare the cost of separate programmes with ‘MindHug One’: a third the cost of buying comparable programmes separately.
Compared with buying comparable programmes in the same areas separately.
1 In the right conditions: organisations with inclusive, high-trust cultures, the psychological safety our training builds. Deloitte, 2020.
What is in it
Four areas, one journey. Or book one component.
01 · Feel Better, and underneath all three
Psychology of Change
How minds process information, handle pressure and change habits. The foundation the other components build on.
02 · Adapt Better
AI and digital adoption: adopt and build
Use AI and new tools with confidence, question what they give you, and build practical AI workflows.
Psychology of Change and AI · Better AI outputs and workflows
03 · Adapt Better
Digital security
Spot social engineering and the red flags, and practise what to do next.
Psychology of Change and Cybersecurity · Social Engineering: Think like a hacker
04 · Build Better
Innovation and entrepreneurship
An entrepreneurial mindset and resilience: test ideas, act under uncertainty, bounce back from failure, understand customers and sell.
Entrepreneur Resilience and Mindset · Selling and buyer behaviour
Only need one part? Every component can be booked on its own. See the programmes.
Psychology of Change is CPD accredited, booked on its own or within ‘MindHug One’, and we are working towards CPD for all 40 hours. Our CPD listing (provider no. 20755).
What people leave with
Skills, real work, and people to keep going with.
Skills, practised
Calming techniques, pausing before acting, checking AI answers, pitching. Built through games, simulations, AI builds, security scenarios and customer challenges, and measured before and after.
Tools to keep using
A participant toolkit, a red-flags one-pager, AI prompts and checklists, a customer persona and an action plan.
Work they create
A working AI workflow or product, real customers found and contacted, and a business or sales plan.
People to continue with
Everyone joins MindHug Tribes, our moderated community. Like an alumni group, it is where people keep sharing practice, resources and ideas after the sessions end.

How change happens
The behaviours that hold us back are the same ones others exploit, and the same ones AI reflects back.
People change by experiencing how their mind works, not just hearing about it. That experience updates what they expect, and behaviour follows. The methods are backed by neuroscience and behavioural science.
01
The mind
Our minds save effort with shortcuts: reading signals, predicting what comes next, reacting fast to uncertainty. Most of the time, that is useful. Until things change.
- In the room
- Signal-and-noise exercises, calming practice, art, sound and movement.
- Result
- Calmer under pressure, with one behaviour changed and checked.
02
The digital mirror
AI learns from human data, so it repeats our patterns without feeling them. Scammers exploit the same shortcuts with urgency, authority and trust.
- In the room
- Building a scam from the attacker’s side. Spotting bias in real AI outputs.
- Result
- Red flags caught and reported sooner. AI answers checked before they are trusted.
03
Better at building
To get better at building, we have to get better at understanding ourselves, reflected in our digital systems. That comes from experience, not explanation.
- In the room
- AI hackathons: build a workflow or product on a real task, then find real customers.
- Result
- A working AI workflow or product, and real customers found and contacted.
Where AI fits
AI does not feel or think the way we do. But it learns from human data, and that data carries human patterns: fear, trust, assumptions, social pressure, reasoning. AI can repeat those patterns without the experience behind them, human behaviour showing through the shadow of data.
Knowing the patterns helps you question the inputs, context, assumptions, feedback and outputs. Some of the ways we help people change their responses can also inspire ways to steer AI systems. We test whether they work rather than assume it.

No obligation.
A few lines is enough.
